More About Me

Having lived here for my entire life, I have a true appreciation for the unique beauty that makes the Northwest our home. After a long and successful career as a business owner, I decided to switch gears. Helping people find the right home, especially in Shoreline, called me like no other career. I completed Realtor® training, and have loved every minute since.

Being an agent is an honor. I am at my client’s side during one of the biggest decisions and stressors of their lives.  I coach clients from musing to signing. I’m a hand holder, negotiator, advisor and friend.  I am proud to uphold the strict code of ethics required by the National Realtors Association. I would be honored to bring my enthusiasm and personal and professional experience to helping you find or sell your property.

I have been a business owner for 25 years and a Shoreline City Council Member for the past 12 years, (Mayor 2010 to 2013).  As an owner and hairdresser of the local James Alan Salon and Spa, I've managed contracts and deadlines. On the City Council I've negotiated solutions, and learned about building codes, land use and how to get your related questions answered. My many community honors include the “Excellence in Ethics” award from the Shoreline Rotary Club. I have given back through extensive volunteer work on behalf of children and families, and I have served on the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce and several other non-profit boards of directors.

When I am not assisting my clients, you can find me, rain or shine, walking my Pembroke Welsh Corgi Hank, or cheering on the Seahawks at a local watering hole.

I look forward to making your real estate dreams come to life,

Keith
